Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez can now leave the country without prior permission from the court. The actress got bail in connection with a 200 crores rupees money laundering case involving conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar.

Jacqueline was accused in the case filed by ED alongside Sukesh Chandrashekhar, based extortion case filed by the Delhi Police economic offenses wing in August last year.

Delhi Patiala House Court modified the bail condition imposed in November 2022 that required her to take prior permission to travel abroad. An application was moved on behalf of Jacqueline Fernandez seeking modification regarding conditions of bail to the accused of November 15, 2022.

Her source of income has been generated in India and she has been paying income tax in India since 2009 and has many professional commitments lined up in India in years to come. She would be required to deposit her passport after coming back from her travels with a deposit of an FDR of RS 50 lakh which would subsequently be released to her.

Jacqueline Fernandez was lastly seen in films like Fateh featuring Sonu Sood, and Ram Setu alongside Akshay Kumar and in Cirkus as an actress and is said to be currently busy with her scheduled projects which are officially to be revealed yet.
