His political drama film, Guntur Karam, directed by Trivikram Srinivas, will be released on January 12. HanuMan is all set to clash with the Guntur Karam film.
Mahesh Babu’s Guntur Karam is already a winner, as it’s the most anticipated Sankranthi film of the year. However, the HanuMan movie changed people’s perceptions as Hanuman’s trailer received positive talk, and the hype for the film skyrocketed. The situation has changed so much that tough competition is inevitable for Sankranti. After the release of Hanuman’s trailer, it is clear that the audience’s priority is this Hanuman movie. The first Telugu superhero film deserves solo releases.
Hanuman is made with an estimated budget of Rs 75 crores. It is reported that the makers are in a dilemma to release the movie with Guntur Karam and are planning to change the release date due to tough competition from Guntur Karam. The team thinks the collections will be better if it is released solo. They plan to change the movie’s release date to one or three days back from January 12 or three days ahead.
Hanuman may be released on January 09 or 15. Anyway, because it’s Sankranthi holidays. The film will be queued if the movie gets positive talk during this time.
