Following the success of his action-thriller Animal, moviegoers are eager to see the sequel, Animal Park. Sandeep Reddy Vanga has revealed when he will begin work on the film.
Sandeep Reddy Vanga received a lot of love for Animal, as evidenced by the fact that the film is still doing well at the box office. While the action-drama managed to keep audiences glued to their screens, the Animal Park teaser piqued the interest of many. In a recent interview, the filmmaker discussed Animal Part 2 and the possibility of Part 3. He also revealed when the sequel would begin filming.
“So, I started that,” the Kabir Singh director explained, explaining why he decided to include the post-credit butcher scene in the film. There was a strong feeling for me and Ranbir that the idea was great, but we should use this scene now. ‘Let’s use it,’ I thought as well. So I figured I’d take my time, leave a blank screen for a while, and then use it. However, dar laga k log chale jaenge tab tak. (However, I was concerned that by then, everyone would have left the theatre.)”
He went on to say that he wanted the audience to empathize with Ranbir’s character, Vijay. He also heard some complain that he started the butcher scene before that emotion subsided. Sandeep explained his perspective, saying, “Because this feeling will last for a while in part two.” So I thought, okay, you’ll feel nice when you see Volume 1, Volume 2.”
