Kannur Squad is a Malayalam crime thriller directed by debutant Roby Varghese Raj from a screenplay by Muhammed Shafi and Rony David Raj. The film follows the police squad, popularly known as the Kannur Squad, on a mission to solve a murder mystery.
The film ensemble cast includes Mammootty as ASI George Martin, the investigating officer; Rony David as Jayakumar P; Vasu, aka Jayaprakash; Shabareesh Varma as Muhammed Shafi T. A.; Azees Nedumangad as Jose Skaria, Kishore as SP Manu Needhi Cholan IPS, Vijayaraghavan as SP Krishnalal T. K. IPS and Shebin Benson as Ramzan.
