Dhanush is slated to star in the biopic of legendary music director Isaignani Ilaiyaraaja. According to our sources, the project has been confirmed. Dhanush and Arun Matheswaran are collaborating again after ‘Captain Miller’ for this highly anticipated flick.
The most anticipated biopic film based on Ilaiyaraaja’s life, starring Dhanush, is set to begin production work on March 20, 2024.
The film’s production is set to kick off on March 20th at Leela Palace in Chennai. Reports of Dhanush playing the role of Ilaiyaraaja have been doing the rounds on the internet for quite some time now.
He is now working with Tollywood Sekhar Kammula on the film Kubera, which stars the actor in the lead role and also features Nagarjuna Akkineni and Rashmika Mandanna.The film marks his Tollywood debut. In addition, Dhanush plans to release two of his directorial projects this year.
