As Bobby Deol turned 55, the makers of his upcoming pan-India film, Suriya-starrer, unveiled the first look from the film. On Saturday, team Kanguva introduced the baddie of Suriya’s action drama and dropped the first look of the stone-eyed, ruthless, menacing Udhiran.
Bobby reacted to his first look from Kanguva, expressing his excitement about the project during an interaction with the media yesterday during his birthday celebrations. Regarding Suriya, Bobby Deol said, “He is so humble and down to earth. He’s also a wonderful actor who does his stunts independently.”
Further speaking about the film’s director, Siva, Bobby said that he is a fantastic person and a great director. Bobby then revealed some details regarding the film, stating that the shooting of Kanguva has been completed and that it will be released this year itself.
Kanguva, a period action film from Siva, is being called the most ambitious pan-India effort in years. The film, which stars Suriya in six roles, is being shot in Tamil and will be dubbed in 37 other languages worldwide. This is a new record for any Indian film.
