For Tollywood, remakes are quite common now a days and this includes a bit of experimental and scripting changes.
Megastar Chiranjeevi is now basking in success with Waltair Veerayya as the film is roaring on the big screens in the domestic market and overseas too. The collection numbers are raging day to day and put the movie in the 100 crore club in just 4 days. In the US also the film surpassed the 2 million club.
Now an interesting buzz is riding in the film circles that the mass director VV Vinayak and Chiru will likely to team up for another remake. This time the movie is Viswasam. The film is an adaptation of the Tamil star Ajith starrer.
Although, the film is dubbed into the Telugu version with the same cast as in the original version. Still, Tollywood wants the remake of that film is not a small thing. Almost the combo is finalized. More few days for the official announcement.
This will be the third collaboration after blockbuster films like Tagore (2003) and Khaidi No 150 (2017). Ram Charan may be bankrolling the movie under his home banner Konidela Production Company.
