Ameesha Patel is celebrating the success of Gadar 2, and the eternal fans of the reel couple Tara Singh and Sakeena are delighted to get one more sequel to trim out clippings from and make cute fan edits. Ameesha Patel shared one of the million edits on her Instagram story today. Take a look:
Gadar 2 is a massive success and it’s shelf life at the theatres is still not done. On the 6th weekend, the movie reimbursed 520 crores and more as each minute passes. Initially, Gadar 2’s collection was going slow but with time, it paced up and within no time, the entire crew was seen celebrating the massive success of the Gadar sequel.
Although Ameesha Patel is in Gadar 2, fans were upset that she had a scanty appearance in the movie, because the focus was mostly on Sunny Deol and Utkarsh Sharma (Tara Singh and Charanjeet Singh).
In the interview, when Ameesha was asked about one thing that she wished to have done differently with Gadar 2, the actor said, “Nothing really but I wish I was the editor. I would have edited and re-edited few things and made it maybe crisper.”
During the promotional events, Ameesha Patel had just underwent the Ranchi court case controversy so she chose not to be present at the events to avoid unnecessary questions. Fans truly missed Ameesha’s active participation both in the movie and post-release.
