Bichagadu fame actor, Singer, Composer, and producer Vijay Antony‘s daughter died by suicide at her residence in Chennai’s Teynampet on Tuesday.
Meera, who was studying 12th standard at a private school in Chennai committed suicide at their residence during the early hours of Tuesday. The young girl who is 16 years old was said to be under stress which made her take this extreme step.
According to reports, around 3 o’clock in the morning, the actor Vijay looked into her room and found his daughter hanging having used her dupatta to the hook of the fan ceiling. After being found, the young girl was rushed to hospital. The doctors examined and declared she was dead.
On September 19, Vijay Antony and his family were in utter shock after Meera was found dead at 3 a.m. at their residence. Her close sources say that she was battling depression. This unfortunate incident has come as a shock to everyone in the film industry as the actor’s family is in deep mourning at this loss.
