New hero for Gadar 2
Anil Sharma, the director of the Gadar franchise is being pampered with countless interviews after Gadar 2 was a big-ticket film. This Sunny Deol starrer movie focuses on a hero who was famous in the 90s. Although Sunny Deol hasn’t lost his charm, it’s inevitable that with time, people prefer seeing new faces on-screen, especially now that so many talented faces are surfacing. When Anil Sharma was asked which modern-time hero would fit Tara Singh in Gadar 2 if Sunny Deol was to be replaced, his response was unexpected yet delightful.
In a recent conversation, Anil Sharma stated, “I don’t find anyone in the young (lot). Bombay mein toh nahi hai south me phir bhi hai thoda play kar sakta Junior NTR aisa koi banda kar sakta hai, inki kuch image hai baki aur bombay mein toh nahi kar sakta.” (There’s no one in Bombay who can play the role but there’s some people in the South who can do the job. people like Jr NTR can play the part well who have a well-established image in Cinema, but in Bombay, I don’t think anyone can do it.”
Listening to this, people in the comment section are singing high-pitched praises of Jr NTR and his upcoming movie Devara. For the unversed, Jr NTR is a Telugu actor who starred in the world-famous movie RRR.
