Actor Akshay Kumar sent his daughter Nitara Bhatia, 11, the greatest birthday message. The emotional father talks about his happy recollections as she is set to enter her teenage years. He posted a little video of himself and Nitara during a beach vacation on Instagram, showing the father and daughter enjoying the water.
He wrote in the caption, “I’ve never understood why daughters grow up so fast. My little baby who used to hold my hand to take baby steps will soon be a young lady, with the whole world to conquer. I am incredibly proud of you and your creative mind, Nitara.”
The actor continued by explaining how his daughter differs from other children, “Other kids want to visit Disneyland, you want to create one. Spread your wings, sunshine… I and your mother will always try to be the wind beneath them. Happy Birthday my princess.”
Twinkle Khanna, an author and former performer who is married to Akshay Kumar, posted a picture of their daughter’s 11th birthday. She shared a brief video of Nitara rock climbing somewhere. Nitara appeared after it, still dressed and seated in front of a table with her birthday cake. Weakly visible in the footage was Nitara slicing her birthday cake.
