Majili was Samantha and Chaitanya’s fourth film together and the first after their wedding. The duo starred Ye Maaya Chesave (2010), Manam (2014), and Autonagar Surya (2014). The film was a massive hit with critics and fans showering it with praise. This film was directed by Shiva Nirvana and now he is directing Samantha again for a film Kushi.
The latest buzz is that Shiva Nirvana is planning a film with Naga Chaitanya after wrapping up Kushi with Samantha and Vijay Devarkonda. It is also heard that the director has already narrated an emotional family drama story to Chairanya and the actor gave his approval already. However, we will have to wait for the official announcement regarding this news.
Coming to Khusi, this is Vijay and Samantha’s second film together after Mahanati and Samantha’s second film with Shiva after Majili. Shooting for the film is expected to be wrapped up soon. Music composer Heshab Abdul Wahab has been roped in to compose the tunes and Murali G has been roped in as the cinematographer
