The first look of ‘Mammannan’, directed by Mari Selvaraj, has been garnering attention since its announcement. The poster is a combination of Udayanidhi Stalin holding a sword and Vadivelu holding a gun. Both the actors are covered in blood. They seem to be resting after taking a huge fight in winning back their legacy or overtaking someone else’s legacy. After the Kamal Haasan starrer ‘Vikram’, Mamannan is another Tamil film starring Fahadh Faasil in a crucial role.
The team also released another poster featuring Vadivelu, Stalin and Fahadh Faasil in one frame as the poster of Vikram that features Kamal, Vijay Setupathi and Fahadh. In this new poster, the three stars can be seen wearing all black and Vadivelu and Fahadh carry the same emotion but Stalin gives an intense look to the camera in a black suit. Whereas Fahadh can be seen in Ayyappa Mala and Vadivelu in a casual look.
Keerthy Suresh is the female lead in the film starring Udayanidhi Stalin. Vadivelu, a star Tamil comedian is going to be seen in a never-before powerful and strong character. Music by AR Rahman. The movie will hit theaters in June.
