In a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, Vidyut Jammwal, an action-packed Bollywood actor since 2011, mainly discussed his upcoming movie ‘IB 71’ with the anchor. He expressed a special connection with the movie because his father and grandfather have served in the army for over 2 generations. He claims that’s one of the biggest reasons he holds himself accountable to bring IB 71 to the table. He went ahead and took the weight of production on his shoulders as well. It’s evident that Vidyut wanted to contribute to this masterpiece as much as he could and do justice to it.
He tried NDA exams repetitively, followed by the merchant navy, to his failure. But, that didn’t stop him. He knows various art forms, recently achieving a 1000m highlining record between 2 mountains in Poland. Indeed, Vidyut’s passion for physical and mental fitness is contagious!
Vidyut very gracefully describes dealing with death as a soldier’s son. “The pain is the same for everyone, the way to display it is different.”
Blowing the candle out, our action-boy Vidyut finally admits he enjoys watching romantic and comedy movies in the comfort of his house. He finds action movies ‘boring’ which is hilariously contradictory to the only genre we’ve seen him on-screen in – action.
He says he recreates romantic scenes with his fur babies, who don’t seem to care at all.
