Andaz Apna Apna is one of the most hilarious movies that wasn’t a blockbuster but sure won the audience at the cast performances. For some reason, the film is considered to be a classic. Featuring Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Karisma Kapoor, and Raveena Tandon, the film completed 29 years today.
Karisma Kapoor speaking about the experience said, “We shot a lot at Poonawala Bungalow in Madh Island. A lot of the scenes are shot over there and I remember there was one particular dining table scene. Aamir was such a perfectionist from that time that he was like placing the salt & pepper and fixing the plate. That was the first time I realized how an actor can be such a perfectionist.”
The actress recalled how they were doing three four shifts and would shoot from 9 PM to 5 AM. She shared an experience of how the team forgot to untie the leading ladies Karisma and Raveena during the climax shoot “Both of us actresses were tied up on this pillar and once there was a dinner break and they forgot to untie us. We were like Hello! Hello! Please untie us. So yeah, we used to work hard those days. Great times”.
