A video of Kriti Sanon’s diet is going viral

Mahesh Babu actress Kriti Sanon is one of the fittest actresses in Bollywood. A video of Kriti has gone viral in which the actress has revealed her diet secret.

Kriti’s choice for breakfast is usually poha, pancake, oats or peanut butter toast and a poached egg. She claims that breakfast is his favourite part of the day.

Lunch and dinner are more or less the same. But there is a compulsory vegetarian meal in it. Chicken curry, mutton curry, dal chawal, and roti sabzi are mostly eaten at home. But along with Butter Chicken and Rajma Chavel’s favourite, Chinese are also good.

While mango is Kriti’s favourite fruit, potato, gobi and okra are their favourite vegetables. But she doesn’t like raw vegetable salad, instead, she chooses boiled vegetables.

Kriti, who drinks both coffee and tea, recently says that she starts her day with coffee. She also likes cardamom tea.

On cheat days, Kriti eats chats, pizza, and burgers and also relishes street food. At the same time, she loves chocolates.

Apart from chocolate, Kriti Sanon loves desi sweets like Jamun, Kaju Barfi and Rasmalai, but Besan Barfi from a bakery in Delhi is her favourite.

Kriti, who sleeps eight hours a day, sleeps even more, 9-10 hours during her free time. She also claimed to consume alcohol from time to time. This video of her diet is going viral and netizens are asking if this is what all these actresses eat.
