Salaar has become the talk of the town after its release. The film, which is considered one of the most anticipated films of the year, is directed by Prashanth Neel (KGF fame). With the film still running successfully in the theatres, the director talked about the process and clash with Dunki.
Prashanth, expressing displeasure over the clash between Salaar and Dunki, said, “There is no war between Dunki and Salaar. I don’t think either of us thinks like that. I don’t think the makers of Dunki think like that; I don’t think the makers of Salaar think like that. We are here to survive, and we are here to impress the audience. We are here to entertain the audience. We are not here to compete amongst ourselves. This is not a cricket match.”
Neel, who had a talk with Prabhas recently, shared, “I mean, Prabhas is absolutely over the moon with something like this. His reaction is euphoric”. Neel then explained that film directors, on the other hand, are generally not 100 percent satisfied with what they create, as he said, “I don’t think any filmmaker is going to be absolutely satisfied. So I won’t be satisfied. Even with KGF 2, I was not satisfied with what I did.”
The director also confirmed that Salazar Part Two will be much bigger and better than Part One. Salaar and Dunki are premiering at the theatres in all the metro cities.
