Daggubati hero Rana does not seem so active or in a hurry in his career. Last year, Rana came before the audience with the films 1945, Bheemla Nayak and Virata Parvam. Out of those 3 movies, Bheemla Nayak is the only film that bagged an average hit and the other two movies did not give the expected results.
Rana acted in Rana Naidu’s web series for Netflix this year and got a super hit with that series. The series was not very popular in Telugu but Hindi audiences liked Rana Naidu very much.
But currently, Rana has not come to a final decision regarding his next film. Rana, surprised, by appearing as a pilot in Nikhil’s recent movie Spy. While acting as a hero, Rana is also bankrolling the stories he likes as a producer. The recent movie Pareshan was produced by Rana. Rana is showing his passion as a producer to the Telugu audience.
Rana, who played the role of Bhallaladeva in the blockbuster film Baahubali, had originally planned to make Hiranyakashyapa under the direction of Gunasekhar, but the project was stopped at the discussion stage. Rana, who hasn’t signed another film in Telugu after Virataparvam, seems to be on the hunt for stories right now.
It is also being said that Rana is looking to create a separate craze for himself as a hero rather than being the son of a big producer. Though he already entertained the audience with his brand films, it is heard that he’s not in a hurry to make more films but is desperate to make only good films. And it’s the reason for his long gap.
