For the unversed, Amber pushed violence and abuse charges on Depp and dragged him to court which he later proved futile. Heard’s mind games boomeranged when she got caught in her own trap. Depp sued her for defamation and false allegations, for which she was fined in millions. The last news that broke out was about Depp giving away his ex-wife’s 1 million settlement to charity.
Amber is now surrounded on all four sides. Her insurance company, New York Marine and General Insurance Co took her to lawsuit because she was pushing them to pay a part of Johnny Depp‘s verdict, when the policies didn’t allow it. As per the rules, the insurance can be claimed only if the insured (Amber) conducted the wrongdoing on accident. Amber has filed a complaint against the insurance company stating they’ve paid her legal bills in the past without any restrictions. It must be noted that the jury has declared Amber malicious and willful in her actions of defaming her ex-husband, which goes against the insurance policy.
