Superstar Rajinikanth who’s currently promoting his upcoming film Jailer directed by Nelson Dileep Kumar. The jailer is already setting records high even before its release crossing 580k dollars collected in North America.
Thalaiva is all set to get ready for his upcoming film tentatively called Thalaivar170 directed by TG Gnanavel Raja. The project is expected to be a gripping cop thriller based on real-life events and will have a strong social message. With auditions for the film pacing up shooting to kickstart soon.
The latest report is that Rajini allotted 50 days for this film and to be completed by October as the actor committed to start shooting for Lokesh Kanagaraj’s LCU from November to February 2024. Later, the actor will start shooting for Thalaivar172 directed by Vasisht, Bimbisara fame.
Thalaivar170 also has powerhouse performers from Indian Cinema including Amitabh Bachchan, Nani, Fahadh Faasil, and Manju Warrier to share screen space with Thalaiva.
Lyca Productions will be producing this project and it’ll be the fourth time collaborating with Superstar after 2.0, Darbaar, and Lal Salmaan. Anirudh is in talks to compose the music for this film.
