An Indian filmmaker and screenwriter by the name of Nelson Dilipkumar, Nelson is most recognized for his work in Tamil cinema. His action thriller movies are renowned for having dark comedy in them. The young Tamil director Nelson Dilipkumar has scored a tremendous hit with his most recent movie, Jailer. Superstar Rajinikanth plays the protagonist in the movie, which has already earned more than 400 crore at the box office and is expected to pass the 500 crore milestone by this weekend. Following this great success, there is a lot of interest and enthusiasm in Nelson’s future movie.
Nelson revealed that he had met legendary actor-director Kamal Haasan during the production of his previous film, Thalapathy Vijay’s Beast, and that they had mutually decided to collaborate when they found the right script. Nelson made this revelation in a recent interview following Jailer’s success. Nelson continued by claiming that Kamal had phoned him following the release of Jailer to congratulate him and express his excitement about the film.
Nelson finished by stating that he had known Kamal since the beginning of his professional career, when he was employed in the television sector. Up till recently, there was a lot of talk about Nelson working with Dhanush on his upcoming movie. There hasn’t, however, been any formal confirmation of this.
