Malav Rajda, the former director of Taarak Mehta, was questioned by a user if he would ever return to the programme. In response, he used the song “Ho nahi sakta” from Diljale to make it obvious that it was impossible. In response to a user’s question on whether the old characters would ever return to the programme and whether it could recapture its former glory, Malav dedicated the song “Badi Mushkil” from Lajja.
When Malav Rajda was asked which actors from Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah he still gets along well with, he mentioned Palak Sindhwani, Kush Shah, Azhar Shaikh, Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal, Amit Bhatt, and Ambika Rajankar. He implied that the other performers on the show were only buddies when it suited them by calling the majority of them “chameleons” in response to another inquiry.
He also responded to a fan’s question on the departure of actresses like Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal, Shailesh Lodha, and Bhavya Gandhi with the song “Izzat Se Jeena Izzat Se Marna.” He continued by describing his collaboration with Dilip Josh as “absolutely brilliant.”
