Indian legendary actor Kamal Haasan is finally teaming up with legendary director Maniratnam for the second time after their cult classic Nayakan was released in 1987. The director unveiled a glimpse of their project, which is tentatively titled KH234.
KH234 is a highly anticipated film that was announced in 2022 with pre-production works that lasted for over a year. Now the works are completed, the actor and director duo are planning to commence the shoot starting the last week of January 2024.
Reportedly, the KH234 team is planning to have a grand launch of the movie in Chennai before the film shoot commences. Even actor Siddharth, who worked as an assistant director for Maniratnam, revealed that the duo have planned to do something different.
Thug Life is an action thriller that garnered the attention of audiences with the promising announcement teaser. Kamal Haasan will be playing the role of Rangaraya Sakthivel Nayakar, while Trisha will be playing the female lead. Dulquer Salman and Jayam Ravi will be seen in key roles.
