Fashion designer Ayush Kejriwal called out Surbhi Chandna for asking for free clothes for her wedding events. The designer looked very frustrated and criticized the practice of celebrities demanding free clothes in return for promoting their fashion house through their posts on social media. He said he was astonished when Surbhi’s stylist approached him for free outfits for the actress’s wedding. Ayush also revealed the chats with Surbhi’s stylist and her message regarding that. In the video, he talks about the prevailing culture of celebrities asking for complimentary items using their big names. Ayush addresses how the fans get misled and influenced by their big fat weddings. He also revealed some dark secrets of the film industry: how many celebs don’t pay for many items, and they get out with it. He says it is very unfair, as they work hard for their designer outfits and when they can’t make money out of them.
In the chats put out by Ayush, the outfits were asked for all the wedding functions of Surbhi, including prewedding looks, haldi, mehendi, sangeet, engagement, saath pheras, and reception. The designer argued that when one can afford a lavish wedding in a palace in Jaipur, then they should be willing to pay for their wedding attire.
