The much-anticipated Brahmastra franchise’s director, Ayan Mukerji, is said to have left Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. Fans of the franchise are shocked by this information, which has been circulating around the internet. One of the most eagerly awaited movies of the year is the Brahmastra series, which stars Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, and Mouni Roy.
Reports of a falling out between Brahmastra director Ayan Mukerji and Dharma Productions are roiling the industry. Ayan Mukerji only recently announced the arrival of Brahmastra Parts 2 and 3 on social media. It’s interesting to note that Karan Johar and his production company were not present. Ayan didn’t even mention them or tag them. Mukerji’s reluctance to include Karan and his production company has unsurprisingly stoked rumours. One of these rumours that have been spreading is that Ayan is thinking about working on the second and third parts of Brahmastra under a different label.
Ayan Mukerji left Dharma Productions, but the reason why is still a puzzle. Several stories imply that the director was dissatisfied with how the production company was managing the project.
