In this regard, the team planned to premier the film at the prestigious Tribeca Festival before its release. The team planned to screen Adipurush on June 13 in the ceremony to be held from June 7 to 18 in New York.

But cancelling such a prestigious promotional act may result in a huge loss for the film in terms of promotions. However, according to Mumbai film sources, they have decided to cancel the early premiere shows. According to the reports, a large number of popular film critics may watch this film. So if the film gets a positive talk everything is fine but if any negative publicity arose three days prior to its release it may affect the bookings on its actual release. Adipurush already faced a lot of criticism and the team is not ready to take further risks. It is also said that there is also some censor issue for the movie and it might also be the reason for the canceling of premiers.
