Rajesh Kumar: “Vidya Balan played my wife…”
The famous Sarabhai actor Roshesh Sarabhai, a.k.a Rajesh Kumar, reveals a recent conversation with Vidya Balan.
The actor recently joined for a conversation where he revealed various instances from the past. Rajesh Kumar stated, ” I was playing Tony Singh in the show Love Mein Kabhi Kabhi during the launch of Sab TV.”, he further added, ” Vidya Balan was playing the role of my wife in that show, so recently when we filmed for an advertisement I showed her a picture from then when she was amazed looking at our appearances back in the day when I suggested the lizard looking creatures were us. I then suggested it took me 21 years to become your husband once again.”, expressed the actor wittily.
In the interview, Rajesh Kumar also stated that he was rejected for being a Doordarshan actor, and this instance was just two months before playing the lead role in Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai. ” I met that director at one of the parties, he wouldn’t remember me, and I thanked him for rejecting me.”, stated Rajesh Kumar.
