Unlike many actresses Kareena likes following simple and easy steps to get that glowing skin of her’s. Here are a few steps Kareena follows for that smooth and glowing skin.

Wash your face twice a day

This will help to get rid of all the dirt, and excess oil on the face.

Exfoliation

Skin exfoliation is a must, and using a gentle chemical-free cleanser would be advisable. AHS or BHS could be a better option.

Sunscreen

Using Sunscreen will be beneficial, skin should be protected from the UV rays of the sun, and reapplying it every 2 hours can protect the skin if you are outdoors.

Moisturizing the skin

Moisturizing skin everyday frequently can make your skin smooth and glowy.

Face Masks:

Using face masks with vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, or niacinamide can help in adding glow to the skin.

Following a healthy diet, drinking ample water, exercising daily, managing stress and getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep can have a long-lasting effect on the skin, claimed Kareena
