Gadar 2 Box Office Collections
Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel starring in Gadar 2, the sequel to the 2001 blockbuster Gadar: Ek Prem Katha turned out to be a blockbuster. Even the makers of the film held a successful press conference about the film’s huge success. Even director Anil Sharma hinted about Gadar 3 as some thoughts have come about the sequel happening.
Sunny Deol’s comeback film stormed the Indian Box Office even on its eighth day with a staggering 19.5 crores with a total of Gadar 2 now standing at 335.9 crore. The film also created an all-time record, the sequel scored the biggest-ever collection for an Indian film on Independence Day.
The film’s domestic gross collection crossed 300 crores rupees on the seventh day while domestic collection by the eighth day stands at 304.13 collections. Looking forward to its second weekend in the cinemas, the movie as per early estimates is to cross 400 crores in collection worldwide.
Gadar 2 is a sequel to the blockbuster film Gadar: Ek Prem Katha which was released in 2001. The film continues to narrate the story of Tara Singh and Sakeena’s son. The sequel is directed by Anil Sharma starring Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel, and Utkarsh Sharma as the main leads. The movie released on August 11 is available at theatres near you.
