Bhola Shankar Box Office Collections
Megastar Chiranjeevi as a titular character in Bhola Shankar had a robust opening at the box office on the release day. Despite being in strong competition with Rajini’s Jailer, Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2, and Akshay Kumar’s OMG 2, the film collected a good amount on Friday.
Bhola Shankar earned around 20 crores as per early estimates. However, the film found mixed reviews from the audience expecting the movie collections to have a slight decrease at the box office and few think there’ll be a rise in numbers due to the long weekend and is expected to collect around 8 crores on Saturday.
Bhola Shankar had 65% occupancy in Telugu states during the first day of the first show. Directed by Meher Ramesh, Bhola Shankar is a remake of Ajith’s Vedalam starring Tamannah, Keerthy Suresh, and Sushant in key roles. The audience felt the film was a lackluster remake.
With four-star hero films released this week, Bhola Shankar stood three with Jailer being n the top followed by Gadar collecting more on the opening day, and fourth being OMG 2 collecting 9 crores but having a good mouth from the audience. The weekend gonna be a tough battle for all four films.
