Fahadh Faasil stole the Tollywood audience hearts as well with his recent Blockbusters Pushpa and Vikram. Taking this as an advantage, many of his movies are dubbed into Telugu and are released in OTT. Interestingly, most of them scored good views.
However, right from Covid, Fassil is aiming for most of his leading movies to be released on OTT. Continuing the same, the latest buzz is that his next project ‘Malayankunju’ is also backed by Amazon Prime Video and it’s the third time the Mahesh Narayanan-Fahadh Faasil duo’s movie has been given to Amazon Prime Video for direct digital premiere.
Interestingly, the movie’s story is based on a real landslide that took place in the high ranges of Kerala (Idukki) a few years ago.
Produced by Fahad’s Father Fazil, this movie is said to have its digital premiere on the Onam festival day that is on 9th September of this year. As said earlier, it will be streaming on Amazon prime.
