The actress made her acting comeback in 2020 with the web series Aarya. She garnered attention and praise from critics for her performance in the series which recently released its third instalment.

The actress who impressed the audience with her performance in Biwi No.1, Main Hoon Na, and Aankhen among others says she’s now more focused on building a body of quality work. The actress opened up about what she wants to do giving a comeback into the entertainment industry.
The Aarya actress said “When I joined the film industry my dreams were all about hits and how many thousands of crores one can make in terms of your reach of a film’s hit. Now, it’s about the legacy of leaving behind a body of work that you can then look back at and other people can because cinema lives on longer than YouTube and lives on forever. So, when they look back at it, they should say she was a good actor.”

Talking about her future projects, the Taali actress stated that she hadn’t found any scripts that made her feel like they should reach the cinema audience. Decision-making is now better with age and experience, she is taking time to accept scripts that would only make an impact and entertain the audience.
Aarya 3 is premiering on Disney+Hotstar. The series was created by Ram Madhvani and Sandeep Modi.
