Kollywood ace director Lokesh Kanagaraj is embracing the success of his latest film, “Leo.” It is reported that the action director is to take a six-month hiatus from social media to concentrate on his next project with Rajinikanth, tentatively named “Thalaivar171.”
In a recent conversation, the Kollywood star director announced he is taking it from social media. During this break, he is expected to work on pre-production tasks, including scriptwriting, for upcoming projects like Thalaivar 171.

Lokesh Kanagaraju confirmed that Thalaivar 171 is a standalone movie and does not have any connection with Lokiverse i.e. Lokesh Cinematic Universe. This film is expected to start filming in March or April of the following year. In the latest update, it is being reported that Raghava Lawrence was taken on board to play a role against Rajini Kanth, just giving fans another reason to expect a record-breaker film. Kanagaraj is a director who knows his audience’s pulse and does not disappoint his audience.
