Saif Ali Khan and Jaideep Ahlawat are talented stars in their own right. The duo are now coming together for the first time in an upcoming Jewel Thief project. Siddharth Anand will direct the film.
A source close to the project said, “While the film is titled Jewel Thief, it has nothing to do with the original film starring the legendary Dev Anand. Siddharth Anand had this title registered under his banner and believes that the tile is apt for the subject of this Robbie Grewal directorial.”
Additionally, the reports believe that the shooting has been wrapped up, and the film is slated to premiere later this year on Netflix. “The film is essentially a heist focusing on the battle royale between Saif Ali Khan and Jaideep Ahlawat, and Siddharth Anand has made a deal with Netflix for Rs 60 crore and has already sold the streaming rights for Jewel Thief.’
Jewel Thief promises an edge-of-the-seat, thrilling action ride. On the work front, Saif will be seen in Devara as an antagonist while Jaideep has Maharaja, Ikkis, and another untitled film with Saif.2025 is also busy for Siddharth as he will be busy in the direction of Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan starrer Tiger Vs Pathaan.
