Naga Chaitanya is currently promoting his OTT project, Dhootha. The actor joins for a conversation where he speaks about his project, his choice of OTT, and pressure because of Sai Pallavi and films.
1)The Custody actor, upon being asked, ” Did you have anything specific in mind as to what you want to do on your OTT project?”
“One thing that I always keep in mind when I do OTT is that it is like my alter ego coming out from what I do in cinema. There is a particular expectation that you do in a feature film released in theatres, but as an actor, there is so much more I want to do.” Replied Chaitanya.
2) “When you say, Sai Pallavi, the challenge is always to match the dance steps?”
“For Love Story, I had to go to dance classes, and I rehearsed extra hard; this time, it was double the pressure thanks to her, and because of her, I am improving my dance steps.” Stated Naga Chaitanya.
The actor plays the role of a journalist in the film, and upon being asked if he spoke to anyone from that profession before playing the role, he wittily replied, ” Always, journalists and actors, we cannot do without each other; we love each other, we date each other.”
