Jisoo to join the cast of Omniscient Reader. The actress is reported to have bagged a key role in the upcoming series alongside Lee Min Ho.
Omniscient Reader a popular ongoing webtoon, by Sing Shoung which is yet to commence its shoot, is in talks with the BlackPink idol and the other actors who were previously reported to be part of the film series. Lee Min-Ho, Ahn Hyo Seop, and The Mask Girl fame actress Nana were previously reported to play the main leads of the film series.
The action-adventure fantasy Omniscient Reader has been trending on Webtoon since its release and happens to be the most popular and read web novel. The Naver Novel is in plans for a film adaptation. The film is reported to be released as a 5 part series movie featuring the journey of Kim Dok Ja the protagonist of the drama whose life changes as soon as he lives in the world of the webtoon he previously read.
Ahn Hyo Seop is reported to have been offered the role of Kim Dok Ja, and Lee Min Ho is reported to play the role of Yoo Joong Hyuk, who happens to be the leading man of the novel Kim Dok Ja finds intriguing. If the actors accept the roles, Lee Min Ho and Ahn Hyo Seop are reported to appear in the upcoming 5 part film series.
