Tollywood actress Regina Cassandra gained a decent fan base both in Kollywood and Tollywood. But with back-to-back flops, this heroine is now trying her luck on OTT.
Her recent OTT release Anya’s Tutorial, released on Aha, bagged a good hit. Apart from this, the beauty is busy with promoting her other OTT recent release Shoorveer that has hit the Hotstar on July 15th.
Interestingly, Regina is seen as tough-as-nails military personnel in the film. This drama revolves around the plot of the three pillars of the Indian military, the air force, the Navy and the army, coming together to form an elite task force to protect the country.
In an Interview, when Regina was asked what made her do this film, she said “When the makers approached me to do this film, I was pretty surprised, as well as excited. Once I got down to meeting the team, meeting Kanishk Varma and Mayank, I knew the project was in good hands”.
Sharing about her cast and crew she said, “I saw Kanishk’s excitement about the whole thing and the way he wanted to portray things. He gave me an in depth presentation about the way he wanted to portray things and what we were going to do. Even though I’m not someone who is very familiar with gun language and ammunition and the like, it felt very interesting to be put in that world”
“I felt so excited to be a part of it because it was the first time I was playing someone from the armed forces and it was something I definitely wanted to do”, she added.
Helmed by Kanishk Varma and created by Samar Khan, this military Action-Drama also stars Armaan Ralhan and Aadil Khan along with Regina.
