Akhil Akkineni’s stylish action thriller ‘Agent’ co-stars Malayalam megastar Mammootty and is all set for its theatrical release on August 12.
This high-budget movie, directed by Surender Reddy, features a whole new side of Akhil.
Akhil plays the role of a spy in the film, and the posters of this film released by the team indeed grabbed everyone’s attention as the actor looked intense in them.
Another exciting piece of news about the film is that Agent has locked its OTT streaming partner much ahead of its theatrical release.
As per the sources, the Agent movie rights were acquired by leading OTT platform Amazon Prime Video, and an official announcement on the same will be made once the film is released.
Produced by Ramabrahmam Sunkara under AK Entertainments and Surender 2 Cinema, the movie stars Sakshi Vaidya as the lead actress. Hip Hop Thamizha has composed the music, while Naveen Nooli is the film editor.
