Sonakshi Sinha and Huma Qureshi starrer “Double XL” has been released in theatres. The film is helmed by Satram Ramani, known for his work in movies like Bodyguard, Helmet and Ready. The movie has been receiving mixed reviews from critics and audiences. Double XL is penned by Mudassar Aziz.

The film Double XL is backed by big banner T-Series, and the plot of the movie follows the life of two plus size women: Rajshree Trivedi, a sports presenter from Meerut, and Saira Khanna, a fashion designer from Delhi.
The movie has partnered up with Netflix ott platform in order to release their film for streaming on ott space. The release date for the film is still not announced. Jahnvi kapoor’s Mili also will stream on Netflix too. Apart from Sonakshi and Huma, the film also stars Zaheer Iqbal and Mahat Raghavendra, Dolly Singh, Kanwaljeet Singh and Shobha Khote in crucial roles. The film also sees Jimmy Sheirgill, Shikhar Dhawan and Kapil Dev in special appearances.
