”The crowded room ” is inspired by a true story as well as based on the 1981 novel ” The Minds of Billy Milligan,” directed by Kornel Mundruczo and starring Tom Holland in the lead role. It is psychological thriller series limited to 10 episodes.
It shows us the life of Danny Sullivan played by Tom Holland, who is a suspect in a shooting and is being interrogated by Rya Goodwin played by Amanda Seyfried. Rya tries to solve the case of this shooting while trying to help Danny Sullivan who is suffering from the trauma. The trailer gives us an overview of the intensely mysterious setting without giving away too much.
Finally, Tom Holland is getting the characters he deserves, he is more than just a friendly neighborhood Spiderman. Directed Kornel Mundruczo really utilized Tom’s full acting potential and Tom deserves all the praise for his amazing body transformation and performance. The Crowded Room will be released on APPLE TV+ on June 9, 2023. The extended cast includes Emmy Rossum, Sasha Lene and Will Chase.
