The OTT giant Netflix always tries to be in a race to compete with other streaming platforms. Till now, Netflix provided varied types of content from all over the world. One of them is Stranger Things, a web series based on Supernatural powers.
Recently, Netflix is reportedly working on a new animated spin-off of the popular sci-fi series, “Stranger Things”. The spin-off is said to be aimed at children and will follow the adventures of a group of children and their families in the same town as the original series, but with a more lighthearted and comedic tone.
The new Animation series will be produced by Netflix and will be written by “Stranger Things” veteran writer Curtis Gwinn. The original show’s creators, the Duffer brothers, are also expected to be involved in the project in some capacity.
No release date or further details about the spin-off have been announced yet, but fans of the original show are sure to be excited to see more stories set in the eerie town of Hawkins, Indiana.
