YRF Spy Universe welcomes Alia Bhatt
Aditya Chopra, the name behind Yash Raj Films is reportedly planning to bring Alia Bhatt into the frame of Spy Universe, too. She’ll play the role of the female spy in the movie apart from other male spies like Salman Khan, Hrithik Roshan, and Shah Rukh Khan. These 4 actors have a separate fanbase. And for YRF to bring them together means they’re attraction the entire country towards the theatre seats like a strong-field magnet. So far, Alia has appeared predominantly in romantic comedies. To see her in a spy role sounds very thrilling to the audience.

This blockbuster idea comes from Aditya Chopra’s mind from Yash Raj Films. There’s an interesting connection between Spy Universe and Chopra’s previous movies. For avid movie-goers, it’s not a secret that Ek Tha Tiger and its sequel are a RAW agent-based movie. War by Hrithik Roshan and Pathaan by Shah Rukh Khan are two additional movies covering the RAW agent story. The YRF team came up with a wizardry idea of blending the universes of these agents into one shared universe, where they cross paths. For the 4th RAW agent, YRF Spy Universe has chosen Alia Bhatt.
With that, Spy has high chances of reaching international parameters. In Marvel and DC movies, Indians have very commonly witnessed the magical game of crossing universes and other mind-boggling concepts. But to imagine Indian actors and actresses in a concept like that is something no one ever dreamed of.
