Anil Ravipudi is one of the most exciting directors in the current lot. He is continuously scoring blockbusters one after the other. Proving his comedy timing, once again his latest movie, F3, is running with strong mouth talk. Now there is an interesting talk running in Tollywood. In one of his latest interviews, Anil said he wants to remake two classics of Tollywood Maya bazar and Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari. His statement has become the point of discussion in the Telugu Film Industry.
Mayabazar is so much a classic that few attempts that were made earlier to remake it went futile. The audience rejected those movies bluntly. Moreover, no one in today’s actors can come close to the legendary actors and actresses who acted in that movie. The other film is JVAS, one of the best in Megastar Chiranjeevi’s career. There is a slight possibility for this movie to be remade as there is a scope for Charan to enact as the son of Chiru and Sridevi. The original producer, Ashwinidutt, expressed his desire to make a sequel to that movie, but he couldn’t find a proper director who could emulate Raghavendra Rao. Maybe Anil might be the suitable candidate to helm the film. Anil said that his dream is to work with Chiru. If he can prepare a proper script and convince Dutt, there is every possibility that the sequel to Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari will see the light. Right now, Anil Ravipudi is busy with the script work of Balayya’s movie. He had already made movies with Venky. Only Chiru and Nag are the ones pending among the four top heroes of Tollywood.
