Why does NTR need a Bollywood heroine?

Jr NTR will be a busy man soon as he will commence shooting for NTR30, a Koratala Siva directorial. He will then commence shooting for Prashanth Neel’s NTR31 from April 2023.

Coming to the point, the makers of NTR30 appear to be overly concerned about roping in a Bollywood actress for the female lead role in the film.

The makers had approached Alia Bhatt for the role against NTR, and she was sure to sign the project, but she later opted out for undisclosed reasons. It was then heard that the makers approached Deepika Padukone, and she too had rejected.

But the real question is, why does NTR need a Bollywood heroine, and the makers should instead focus on bringing in a native actress.

With the presence of a Bollywood heroine, there will undoubtedly be a sense of disconnect from the Telugu audience. Moreover, the makers will have to overspend on the leading lady if they bring a Bollywood beauty.

So, the makers should instead focus on signing a known face.
