RRR has also arrived on OTT as it premiered on ZEE5 and Netflix on the 20th of this month. But the big question is, can RRR repeat as Pushpa form on OTT?
RRR is undoubtedly bigger than Pushpa regarding the scale, star cast, and star value. But what Pushpa has is a monstrous reach. The fact that the Pushpa Raj beard mannerisms and Srivalli steps went viral proves the same.
RRR has Ram Charan and Jr NTR in the lead roles, and it might get a good response from the audience for Rajamouli’s sheer brilliance, but it might not be as big of a hit as Pushpa.
Pushpa has the commercial appeal and hooks point to make the audience groove, while RRR is a larger-than-life epic that progresses on a serious tone.
