In Tollywood, July Month left a bitter experience by bagging back-to-back flops like Happy Birthday, Pakka Commercial, and The Warrior. So, Now all the hopes are on next week’s release ‘Thank You’ starring Naga Chaitanya.
Keeping the July releases apart, August month is going to have grand releases this year. Mainly, there is fierce competition on the first Friday of the month. Three films on which three celebrities’ faiths are dependent were set to release in the same week that is on the very first week of August.
Surprisingly, though the August month has a long weekend on its second week with Independence day, Makers are excited to lock the first week of the month itself.
One among these three is Nandamuri Kalyan Ram’s Bimbisara which is scheduled for 5th August. He has seen many ups and downs in his career. Now, after taking a long gap, this Nandamuri hero is trying his best with the film Bimbisara. On the other hand, Karthikeya-2 starring Nikhil is also scheduled for 5th August. This movie marks the Pan India debut of Nikhil and also the highest budget film in his career. Nikhil is also desperate for a hit as his previous movies haven’t gone well at the box office.
The final one is Dulquar Salman starrer Sita Ramam which is also scheduled to release on August 5th. Even this film’s hit is more important to director Hanu Raghavapudi to settle in Tollywood.
With these many careers depending on these three films, it is a big doubt why even a single movie maker is planning to postpone their film to next week.
