Another intriguing piece of news has surfaced, which will undoubtedly excite fans. According to recent reports, Nitesh Tiwari is in talks with Vijay Sethupathi about the role of Vibhishan, Ravana’s brother.

It is reported that “Yash, who plays Ravana, will join the Ramayana sets in June/July 2024 and finish his part for the first part of the epic in 15 days.” While DNEG has already pre-visualized the world, the team plans to spend approximately 500 days perfecting the visuals to deliver an uncompromised global product. The goal with Ramayana is not to make an Indian film, but rather a global project that will leave a legacy for Indian cinema. A dedicated team of the best VFX artists will work exclusively on Ramayana for 500 days beginning in July.
