Having made his debut as a producer in Tamil cinema, and later as a distributor and actor Udhayanidhi Stalin, who has made a name for himself among fans through his various roles, contested the last assembly election in Chepakkam Thiruvallikeni constituency and became an MLA. Later he was given the post of Sports Minister.
Udhayanidhi Stalin announced that after becoming a minister, he is quitting the film industry as he wants to join active politics. Udayanidhi, who said that he had withdrawn from the film produced by Kamal Haasan, said that the film ‘Maamannan’, directed by Mari Selvaraj, was his last film.
As the shooting of ‘Maamannan’ starring Udhayanidhi and Keerthy Suresh in the direction of Mari Selvaraj has been completed and is gearing up for release soon, the update on the first look poster release of the film is now out. Accordingly, this poster will be released on May 1. It is noteworthy that AR Rahman composed the music.
