Two people who tried to break into actor Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat bungalow in Mumbai have been arrested. On Thursday, two youths tried to break into the bungalow. According to Mumbai Police, they were apprehended by security guards after entering Mannat’s premises by clinging to the outer wall. Later they were handed over to the police.
The police said that the arrested men were between the ages of 20 and 22 and that they came from Gujarat. The accused have told the police that they came to meet the ‘Pathan’ star. The police informed that a case has been registered against them with the addition of sections including trespassing.
Shah Rukh’s Pathan was a success that breathed life into Bollywood, which was plagued by successive failures. After four years, the film hit the theaters with Shah Rukh as the lead, and the audience gave it a welcome, unlike any Bollywood film in recent times.
The film hit the theaters on January 25 and crossed 500 crores in the Indian collection and 1000 crores at the global box office. From the very beginning, Pathan manufacturers have implemented marketing strategies that understand the quality and mass appeal of their products.
The director is Siddharth Anand who directed Salaam Namaste, Anjana Anjani, Bang Bang and War. Deepika Padukone starrer John Abraham plays another important role.
