Although Vineeth Sreenivasan’s directorial venture was expected to emerge as the Vishu winner of 2024, it faced stiff competition from Fahadh Faasil’s “Aavesham,” directed by Jithu Madhavan. Despite missing out on the top spot, Pranav Mohanlal and Dhyan Sreenivasan’s performances secured the film’s second position in the race.
